Robert J. Wendell, DVM, MS, graduated in a dual degree program, receiving a master's degree in cardiac physiology, as well as his DVM from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. Bob practiced in New Hampshire before moving to Vermont in 1990.

He founded Aeolus Animal Hospital & Equine Center in the fall of 1992. "Dr. Bob's" special interest lies in equine medicine and surgery. He performs all of the equine anesthesia and cardiopulmonary monitoring for the hospital. Prior to and during veterinary school, Bob worked as an equine anesthesia technician at The Ohio State University for 6 years. Bob owns 2 horses, a pony and "Babes" the Macaw parrot, who can be admired in the lobby of the hospital. In his "spare time", Bob enjoys skiing, playing volleyball and ice hockey and shooting sporting clays.

  Kyle Bushee, DVM, Dr. Kyle Bushee graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2014. Dr. Bushee began his veterinary career in large animal medicine and after 2.5 years joined the AAHEC staff in February of 2017. His professional interests include small animal surgery and radiology as well as equine lameness and dentistry. Prior to his DVM Kyle attended the University of Vermont attaining his bachelor degree in Animal Science. Dr. Kyle has 2 dogs and a cat. Maya the Border collie, Ellie the Great Dane/Labrador cross and Jaeger a polydactyl domestic shorthair. When he is not at the clinic you can find him making maple syrup, enjoying motorized vehicles or spending time outdoors. IG: @kylebushee  
Jessica P. Meyer, Jessie graduated from the University of Muenster, Germany Medical School in 1992. She is a board-certified ophthalmologist in Germany. After moving to the United States in 1997, she decided to leave the fast pace of human medicine and found a fulfilling and rewarding position as a technician, assisting Dr. Wendell and Dr. Bushee with ophthalmologic problems.". Jessie and her husband Rob have 3 Australian Shepherds who compete in agility, Obedience, Rally, Comformation, tracking and Dock Diving.   Carolyn P. Graves, Before becoming a veterinary technician at Aeolus in 1998, Carolyn graduated from S.U.N. Y. at Morrisville with an associate’s degree in Standard Bred Management in 1986. Carolyn has lived in Vermont her entire life. She has 3 horses, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Her horses are, Maestoso Ambitious (Apollo) a 21 year old Lipizzan gelding, Rosalinda ABF a 13 year old KWPN/Lipizzan mare and Lilly Rufken a 24 year old Trakehner/Morgan mare. Her dogs are, Sebastian an 11 year old Border collie/ Labrador mix and Higgins a Boxer/Heeler cross, while Tink is her 1 year old black and white domestic shorthair cat. Carolyn rides dressage on Rosalinda and is doing puppy training with Higgins.  
Chaylen Lemieux, Chaylen joined the Aeolus staff in 2016 after graduating from Vermont Technical College with an associates degree in Veterinary Technology. As a licensed technician Chaylen’s special interest is feline medicine. In her spare time she enjoys lake kayaking with her boyfriend Jacob, western pleasure riding with Brodie her 14 year old Quarter horse, cuddling with her 2 dogs Whiskey and Riley and 4 feline friends.   Gwen Roderick, Gwen joined the AAHEC office staff in July of 2018. Prior to Aeolus she worked as a veterinary technician in both Vermont and New York beginning in 2002. Gwen attended Northeastern University and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts for Psychology and Yoga Teacher training on Paradise Island in the Bahamas but ultimately found herself more at home in veterinary medicine. Her family includes her Golden Retriever Shelby, her Blue Tick/Dalmatian mix Josie, and her 2 cats Carrot and August. In her spare time you can find her practicing yoga, cooking, kayaking, hiking or gardening.
